1. Acceptance. By using filingsflow.com (“the Service”) you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.

2. What the Service is. Filings Flow republishes and analyzes public SEC EDGAR 13F filing data. It is an informational tool, free of charge.

3. Not investment advice. Nothing on the Service is investment, legal, tax, or financial advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. 13F data is delayed by up to 45 days and reflects only a portion of any fund’s actual positions.

4. No warranty on data. The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Filings contain filer errors; our processing may introduce errors. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, or availability. Always verify against the original SEC filing, which we link from every filing page.

5. Limitation of liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Filings Flow and its operators are not liable for any damages arising from use of the Service, including investment losses, lost profits, or reliance on any data shown.

6. Acceptable use. Automated scraping that degrades the Service is prohibited. Cite freely with attribution and a link to filingsflow.com.

7. Third-party links. Links to SEC EDGAR, Yahoo Finance, Google Finance, and other external sites are provided for convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Changes. We may update these terms at any time; the “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
